Why you created your own format? why not using w3c rdf/owl?

Will API support SPARQL queries and give rdf/owl responces?

The underlying knowledge representation technology was developed in the late 1990's and predates rdf and owl. There are also distinct differences.

It should be fairly easy however to put a SPARQL layer on top of our API. In fact, I believe this could be done by someone outside of True Knowledge.

I think about this perspective too, but this will require a lots of work and a lots of data stored to recode your [uri] to w3c uri".

It may become easier to just dump yuor data to other storage engine then translate data on evry query and decomposite complex SPARQL a number of TKQ, specialy then one SPARQL will require non constant number of TKQ.

I think you have to think about standarts, even if you begined earlyer.
