I am interested in adding a functionality to a project of mine using tk. It would mean that my visitors could ask a question and if tk could answer that question I would present them the answer, otherwise I would, well, do what I do now. This would mean non-registered users, the answer only being used if it is simple, single and available and no adding of information through this channel.

Are there API's and licence arrangements that could do this for me?

I am happy to add beta testing results in the process.
